We all know you shouldn't text and drive.
Sexting and driving is even worse, especially when you hit a police car in the process. Throw a bit of alcohol in the mix and you have the extremely messy situation.
Texas A&M student, Miranda Kay Rader, 19, was a little too turnt after a topless, drunken road trip fully documented on social media of course.
Rader was arrested in Bryan, Texas on Wednesday (Oct. 26) after police said she crashed an SUV into a squad car while attempting to send a topless Snapchat selfie to her boyfriend, The Smoking Gun reports.
"I asked her why she was not dressed while driving and she stated that she was taking a Snapchat photo to send to her boyfriend" Bryan Police Officer John Sartell wrote in the report.
The collision happened around 8:30 p.m. according to a police report.
Sartell says he was responding to a disturbance call and his vehicle was parked in the southbound outside lane of the street with the vehicle's emergency lights activated. When Sartell approached her car, Rader’s bra was unfastened and she was struggling to put her shirt back on, according to the Bryan-College Station Eagle.
Rader said she was driving back to her dorm on the A&M campus and was drinking wine with her friend prior to the crash. Officers found an open bottle of wine in her car and administered a sobriety test.
An officer on the scene described her eyes as glassy in his report and wrote Rader “swayed continuously.” Rader was booked into the Brazos County Jail and charged with DWI with an Open Container, according to KBTX. She was also issued a citation for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
